Technical description

Technical implementation of the site by Aurélien Ginolhac.

This website was built using quarto, tweaked by Continous Integration & Deployment.

• Lectures use the {unilu-theme} extensions

• Practicals/projects employ the Quarto template {unilur}

• The website is generated on a gitlab runner using Docker images from {r2u}.

• Website hosted on a Virtual Machine managed by the LCSB biocore team using nginx.
